Todd can serve your needs, regardless of how diverse they may be.

His goal is to provide home loans to clients while providing them with the lowest interest rates and closing costs possible. Todd knows that you have specific needs and he strives to meet those needs with a wide array of refinance and purchase products and most importantly, quality service and individual attention.

    Mortgage Assistant

    Jeremy is a main customer contact and assists in determining the best loan options for our customers. He liaises between borrowers, real estate agents, escrow, processors and underwriting. Most importantly, he ensures that the customer has a complete understanding of the loan process and remains available to answer all concerns.

    He treats all customers as if they were his family. There are so many moving parts to a transaction it takes diligence and attention to detail to achieve a smooth loan process. Jeremy is always raising the bar on himself to improve and make the process easier for the client. The one key trait that Jeremy brings to the process is simply the nicest guy on the planet!

  • Jennifer Napier


    Jennifer's primary role is processing of the loan file. She organizes all the borrower documents, and reviews the information for completeness. She also coordinates ordering of the appraisal and communication with the escrow and title companies. The most important aspect of Jennifer's role is analyzing the borrower profile and packaging all documents to be presented to the underwriter for review.

    Jennifer’s role is critical to a successful closing. Her experience allows her to identify any potential issues or challenges to overcome. Identifying these items early in the process provides the necessary time to address the issues, communicate to the appropriate parties, and overcome prior to closing.

    There are so many moving parts to a transaction it takes diligence and attention to detail to achieve a successful closing. Jennifer is a master at taking what can be a challenging and confusing process and turn it into an easy and, dare we say, enjoyable experience for the customer.
